These are photos of a before and after sale and resale of a renovated 1966 home built by Salem Architect HP Saabye. The original wood built in and detailing was hand crafted by Saabye himself. even the front door was hand-carved! Patti represented the Saabye family in selling the home and was able to bring a buyer who appreciated the unique design features of the home and was excited to take on the project of renovation to resell. New owner then renovated the home while keeping the integrity of the handcrafted wood detailing throughout the home. Even some of the original lighting and door hinges were kept and not replaced with new in keeping with the era of the home. Was a successful collaboration with Patti and owner, and the Saabye family was thrilled to know the handcrafted features were preserved in the project. Patti was able to appropriately price the home, coordinate staging and get the home SOLD with multiple offers.
